... I was going to ask how, but I suppose you are already defying physics.

Just wondering. Scientific curiosity. I have not seen Stasya or Big Boy do anything other than what canines and equines would be expected to do. If they are where I do not perceive it, I do not know.

have you considered asking them to do something else, like, idk, join you on the roof?

because they probably can fly, or swim, or float, or whatever

but again, they might not realize it, if none of you guys have given them reason to explore their limitations

Stasya would climb the side of the house. She likes to climb trees and has been trying to learn "how to goat," which in turn is how I learned what a 'goat' is.

I am not sure we want Big Boy on the roof.

you could probably get her up on the space next to the roof just as easy, is my point, there

get up on the roof, get her out in the yard, call her up to come join you, acting like you're expecting her to just run up through the air, and she probably will!

You are likely correct that if Stasya believes running in the sky is reasonable she will simply do it, because she is highly agreeable. Omens are meant to be the souls of their sleepers, but mine seems to be the opposite instead.
